Today is the last day of the ratification vote for the contract that EECS/DS ASEs will work under. This is a highly consequential decision for you to make with $760 a month in wages, and the existence of 8-hour TAs depending on the result of the vote. You have the chance to decide what working conditions you will work under, but the only way to do that is to vote. It is incredibly valuable to the ASE body that everyone votes so that the contract decision is democratic and inclusive of all workers from first semester readers, and tutors, to veteran ASEs. So it’s important that you don’t sit out of making your voice heard!
